Southern Event Planners is a wedding and event planning and design group that specialize in the art of floral design and event styling with special attention to quality and detail. Through your inspiration and our original, artistic vision we are able to visually tell your story. By combining colors, shapes, textures, patterns, lighting and innovative containers we design a plan that fits your vision and budget. As event planners we understand that it requires more than flowers to tell your story. It is also about creating an atmosphere that compliments your floral design. At Southern Event Planners, our in house creatives and production team bring that cohesive design together by handling all florals, stationery, custom lighting, furniture and prop rentals, layout and specialty linens.

At Southern Event Planners we provide customized flowers and décor that adds the finishing touch to your event. Our floral designs often incorporate innovative containers, materials and props. We provide full service including delivery, setup and teardown.
The design process includes an interview to determine your style, review your ideas and find your inspirations followed by storyboards, design proposal and hand drawn floorplans and mock ups. On top of this detailed design, we’ll brainstorm with you for the most fabulous handcrafted décor and sourcing equally creative elements for your event. We tackle all of the aesthetics of the day; concept, color scheme, floral, linens, place settings, food station and bar décor, invitations and other paper items as well as lighting.
No detail is too small when Southern Event Planners is planning your event. Our rental warehouse is full of unique find – both vintage and modern- like farm tables, antique sofas and side chairs, elegant chandeliers and additional elements to create a table scape. We also handle all the essentials like tables, chairs, tents, dancefloors, linens, etc.
